Terms and Conditions for World Class Education (WCE)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and using our services, including registering for university fairs, conferences, or consulting sessions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site.

2. Nature of Services

World Class Education (WCE) acts as a full-service educational consulting agency. We provide a platform for:

  • Connecting students with international higher education institutions.

  • Organizing in-person university fairs.

  • Hosting virtual conferences for counselors and academic staff.

  • Specialized institutional representation.

Nota: Aquí aclaramos que WCE es un facilitador de conexiones, no la universidad misma.

3. Accuracy of Information

While WCE strives to provide up-to-date information regarding admissions, programs, and university details, all information is subject to change by the respective institutions. WCE does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party information provided during fairs or conferences.

4. No Guarantee of Admission

Participation in WCE events or consulting sessions does not guarantee admission to any educational institution. Admission decisions are made exclusively by the universities according to their own criteria and processes.

5. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information in registration forms. For international programs, it is the sole responsibility of the student/applicant to manage personal documentation, including passports, visas, and health insurance, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, mission/vision statements, and event structures, is the property of World Class Education or its partners and is protected by international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

WCE shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect issues arising from:

  • Cancellations or changes made by partner universities.

  • Technical issues during virtual conferences.

  • The outcome of any university application process.

8. Third-Party Links and Payments

Our site may contain links to external university websites. WCE is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these sites. Any payment arrangements for specific programs are handled externally (e.g., via direct institutional payment or WhatsApp-managed coordination) and are subject to their own terms.

9. Privacy and Data Use

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By submitting your data, you authorize WCE to use it for follow-up purposes as described in our consent forms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
